  1. When selecting a set of tasks, it is necessary to take into account those activities that were carried out before bedtime. If the kids had physical education before lunch, then the wake-up call should not include exercises that require intense stress on the body.
  2. To create optimal conditions for performing exercises, the temperature in the room should not be lower than 16–18 degrees.
  3. Since all children wake up at different times, it makes sense to prepare a couple of self-massage exercises, for example, with massage balls. But, taking into account the age of the students, teachers must guide and correct the children’s actions.
  4. The uniform for indoor gymnastics is panties and a T-shirt. Exercises are performed barefoot. Czech shoes or socks are required only if the complex includes dance elements.

  5. You cannot force children to do gymnastics. If the child does not want to complete tasks, then the teacher must find out the reasons for the refusal, but not force him, because children are not similar to each other, which means that their characteristics of awakening are also different.
  6. If the group is closed for quarantine, then physical activity is agreed upon with the doctor. Usually, when the incidence of colds is high, walking barefoot on massage mats is abolished.
  7. A block of active exercises in the summer is usually carried out outdoors.
