The purpose of the massage and breathing exercise complex
is not only to prevent colds and other diseases, but also to instill in them a sense of responsibility for their health, confidence that they themselves can help themselves improve their well-being.
Equipment

Children enter the hall to the music, holding a long multi-colored stick (colored sticks held together).

Fun training “Caterpillar”.
Get on all fours, stepping your hands forward, go into a lying position, pulling your legs up, take a crouching position. This is how the caterpillar moves in search of food. And now you are all caterpillars. Let's crawl!
Instructor: Let's play with you. Outdoor game "Find your match." Children are divided into pairs and take two sticks of the same color. Everyone runs around the hall to the music, and at the teacher’s signal they stop and find their mate.

At a signal, the centipedes move to a landmark without disengaging, and back. 2. “Laughing hedgehog.” Members of each team line up at the starting line. At the signal, the first player begins to tickle the ball, bending and straightening the fingers of the hand, palms up, moving it forward to the landmark and returning the same way. Fingers touch the ball all the time. 3. “Who will decorate the tree faster?” Children are divided into 2 teams. One participant from the team stands at a distance of 5-6 meters and spreads his fingers wide. This is a tree". Each player holds a ribbon attached to a ring. Children take turns running up to the “Tree” and hanging a ring with a ribbon on his finger. Final part. - Guys, we found ourselves in a dense forest. (Build in a circle.) Relaxation. - Imagine that you are trees. The trees reach out to the sun, with every twig, with every leaf. (Children stretch their arms up, rise on their toes, move their fingers.) But then a breeze blew and the leaves moved and swayed. (Children sway, swing their outstretched arms right and left.) The wind grew stronger, blew stronger, but the roots were in the ground. (The children sway harder.) It started to rain. The drops clattered on the leaves and twigs. (The children stand one after another and tap the back of the child in front with their fingers.)
