Pedagogical guidance of theatrical play in 1st junior group

In the first junior group, theatrical activities consist of playing with a toy, getting to know the first stories, and participating in simple improvisations. At this age, psychologists believe, a shift occurs in the development of play activity. The first ideas about the role appear, the child masters the actions associated with the plot and role - mother, patient, doctor. The most important thing seems to be the plot-game action with the object. To saturate the child with artistic impressions, it is necessary to show game plots more often: dramatizations with the participation of 2-3 characters in a tabletop theater, a soft toy theater, on a flannelgraph. Games with their favorite dolls become attractive for children of primary preschool age: the doll is having lunch, giving a concert, going on a visit. Pedagogical guidance of play at this age consists of providing a large selection of objects, samples of plot actions with them, and the plots themselves. Awareness of a conditional play situation allows the youngest preschooler to gradually penetrate into it, learn to act in it, and, over time, live it. A 2-3 year old child strives for independence, but he needs the constant presence and support of an adult.

The use of folklore material in work allows us to stimulate the emotional manifestations of children, expand their range and strength. Figurative words, repetitions, attractive characters, and accessible plots help younger preschoolers respond adequately to such works.

Acquaintance with the world of theater in early preschool age begins with puppet theater, as it is closest to children.

Already from the first games, it is necessary to teach the child to create an elementary object-spatial environment: to prepare the necessary playing material. In reality, the play area is set up by an adult, but in such a way that the younger preschooler takes a direct part in it to the best of his ability.

For the development of theatrical and play activities of children of primary preschool age, it is necessary to expand children's impressions in addition to theatrical games and activities. It is necessary to talk about animals, arrange excursions, children must participate in the general holidays of the kindergarten. For younger preschoolers, it is necessary to allocate a special place in the festive action, when they can take part in a game, sing a song, and dance.

  • the game allows the youngest preschooler to enter into relationships with the world that he cannot enter into on his own due to age restrictions.
