Explanatory note

The concept of a literary and dramatic circle is based on the fusion of two most important components of our art: theatrical activity and literature.

How to make the life of schoolchildren varied and exciting? How to introduce them to literature and creativity, instill a love for such ordinary school events? How to make school life a bright, unforgettable holiday in which both children and teachers will participate, both as actors and as spectators?

Such a means is the school literary and dramatic theater. Staging skits for specific school events, holding school literary evenings, staging scenarios for school holidays, theatrical performances of excerpts from fairy tales, episodes from literary works - all this is aimed at introducing children to theatrical art and literature.

Moving from simple to complex, children will be able to comprehend the fascinating science of theatrical skill and gain experience in public speaking and creative work. It is important that, while studying in a literary and dramatic circle, children learn to work collectively, work with a partner, learn to communicate with the audience, learn to work on the characters of the character, the motives of their actions, creatively refract the data of the text or script on stage, acquire the skills to critically evaluate as literary works as a whole, as well as individual literary characters. At literary evenings, children learn not only how to expressively read a text, but also how to work on lines that should be meaningful and heartfelt, create the character of a character as they see it, and gain experience in forming their own opinion about a particular literary work.

In addition, work on the design of performances, on scenery and costumes, and musical design is of great importance. This work also develops the imagination and creative activity of schoolchildren, and allows them to realize the possibilities of children in these areas of activity.

Goals and objectives:

1. Develop children's creative abilities.

2. Develop creative initiative and emotional responsiveness to artistic fiction.

3. Develop in children the skills to act logically on stage, purposefully revealing the content of the roles available to them in action and interaction with each other.

4. Develop the ability to use words, evoke a response from the viewer, and influence their emotional state.

5. Reveal the creative potential of children, give them the opportunity to realize these possibilities.

6. Develop a culture of speech, acquire skills of diction, facial expressions and plasticity.

7. To cultivate moral qualities in children: kindness, mercy, attention to people, their native land.

8. Cultivate observation, attention, imagination.

Organization of the activities of the literary drama club

The set goals and objectives will have to be achieved through the staging of theatrical performances for school students, the organization of school literary lounges, where poetry and prose of both famous authors and their own works will be read. The circle includes demonstration readings of the best school essays and their subsequent discussion, as well as the production of theatrical miniatures. Students of the circle will take an active part in organizing school-wide events. An important role is given to rehearsals, since it is during such activities that friendships and the ability to work in a team develop, as well as skills of mutual assistance, responsibility, attention, and the child’s creative potential is revealed.

Output results:

performing at school holidays, ceremonial and thematic assemblies, participating in school events, parent meetings, class hours, participating in junior school events, staging scenes from the life of the school and staging plays for free viewing, holding literary evenings.

Children should know and be able to:

know by heart and be able to read 5-10 tongue twisters correctly and expressively;

know 3-5 nursery rhymes and jokes, jokes, be able to play them out;

read poetry and fables expressively;

be able to imagine the character of the heroes of a poem, fable, and play up the content of the works;

be able to work in a team, with a partner, be able to behave on stage, be able to listen to comrades and defend your point of view on your stage character.

How to find a suitable theater group for teenagers

Puberty is a difficult time for both the child and his parents. Therefore, the first and main recommendation is to look for an extracurricular activity for your older child together, take into account his wishes. If you have focused your attention on the subject of this article, you will inevitably be faced with the question: how to choose the right one from the whole variety of theater clubs for teenagers? To make a decision, take into account online reviews about the teaching staff and the atmosphere in the team. Some studios may have additional selections and admission conditions, this is also worth paying attention to. There is no need to ignore the program of classes in theater clubs for children, among which a choice is made. This article will help you study information about them in different cities of Russia and make the right choice.

Studio "Our Theater"

Fast forward to a new city, theater clubs for teenagers in Yaroslavl are presented with many options. One of them is the “Our Theater” studio, founded in 2006. Participation in the creative life of the center is a great opportunity for children and adults to express themselves and reveal their creative potential. The training is divided into age levels; studio students will learn acting, stage speech, vocals and choreography under the guidance of experienced teachers. One new play is staged every year, and performances are regularly held for invited audiences. The workshop is located in three points of the city, which is very convenient.

Studio at the Youth Theater under the direction of V. Spesivtsev

There has been a workshop at the Vyacheslav Spesivtsev Theater almost from its very foundation. Training there is free. Due to the presence of selection already in the learning process and a serious approach, the school could not be classified as a theater club for teenagers. Anyone can try their hand and gain knowledge and experience in the studio, but rather, this is another place for a serious start for children and teenagers who cannot imagine their life without a stage. Training is carried out in three groups: from 6-10 years, from 10 to 15 and from 16 to 18. They promise that the students of the studio will receive knowledge comparable to the first courses of specialized acting schools. The curriculum is superior to other theater classes for children. In addition to acting, solfeggio and other subjects, there are lessons in stage fencing, acrobatics and dancing. But do not be afraid of a professional attitude; the studio provides all possible support and develops the talents of students. It is located at the address of the Youth Theater: Rustaveli Street, 19. You can sign up every Sunday at 10:45 (from the service entrance).

Private studio "Home Theater"

Parents from different cities are asking questions about finding a suitable studio, but the lion's share of such requests comes from the capital. Therefore, the first in this article will be theater clubs for teenagers in Moscow. The guys who study here don’t have to worry about having good roles. New performances are staged monthly, and studio students have time to play various roles. Its creators, Arseny Epelbaum and Olga Zeiger, are proponents of an individual approach to students to unlock everyone’s creative potential. Children here are real creators and co-authors of productions: they themselves create the text, costumes and scenery for performances of shadow, puppet, play and paper theaters. The variety of genres and deep immersion contribute to the creative development of every child and serve as a guarantee that he will definitely like something. The creators of the studio believe that there are no untalented children, therefore there is no strict selection in the studio - here they are happy to introduce everyone to creativity. Many theatrical and creative celebrities also bring their children and grandchildren here, including Lev Rubinstein and Tatyana Drubich. The cost of a monthly visit is 8,000 rubles. The studio is located at the address: Moscow, Granatny per., 12 near the Barrikadnaya metro station. The serious approach of the teachers is also evidenced by the fact that all members of the circle are included for free in the actor database of the TELEcasting agency, through which federal channels find participants in their projects.

Studio at the music school “Virtuosi”

This workshop belongs to the number of theater clubs for teenagers in St. Petersburg. There are children's and adult studios, the latter can be visited by older teenagers and young people. The studio invites children to try themselves in the acting profession and, along the way, acquire the skills of working in a team and interacting with like-minded people of different ages. Classes here are held in a playful way, taking into account the characteristics of child psychology. Participation is paid, but, according to many parents, it is inexpensive. The goal of the studio is to provide students with the opportunity for creative self-expression outside the walls of educational institutions. The studio's teachers are actors from the best theaters in St. Petersburg. The result of completing the course is the production of a play or musical. “Virtuosos” is an excellent option for those schoolchildren who have not yet decided on their choice of profession and want to gain performance skills for their overall development.
