Health is an invaluable asset not only for every person, but also for the entire society. When meeting or parting with close and dear people, we wish them good and good health, since this is the main condition and guarantee of a full and happy life. Good health, wisely maintained and strengthened by the person himself, ensures a long and active life.

A healthy lifestyle is an image of a rationally organized, active, joyful life; it is a state of protection from adverse environmental influences. An image that allows you to maintain moral, mental, emotional and physical health, as well as social well-being, from an early age to old age.

When preparing and conducting physical education events, we take into account the characteristics of the season, rationally distribute physical activity in different types of activities, and unite children in groups close in age. We build programs on games and exercises that are well known to children, but the content of the compositions is varied. We involve parents in preparation and participation, since their position largely determines the children’s attitude towards physical education and sports.

The motto of our communication with parents: “Parents are not students, but partners of the teacher” help in one of the most difficult areas of teaching.

The result of the interaction between kindergarten and family is the creation of a unified educational space in which all participants in the pedagogical process (children, parents, teachers) feel comfortable, interesting and useful. Such a union is focused on the consistency of educational and developmental influences on the child.

In the modern world, health ceases to be just a personal problem for a particular person. Concepts such as “health-saving technologies” and “formation of a healthy and safe lifestyle” are firmly embedded in the life of every person, as well as in the educational process, starting from preschool educational institutions. The main goal of the system of work to create a healthy lifestyle for preschool children is to create sustainable positive motivation to maintain and strengthen their own health; formation of the psychological health of preschool children as an important factor in human health in general; prevention of psychosomatic diseases.
