“Visiting a fairy tale” Summary of GCD in the preparatory group

The benefits of fairy tales

This literary genre is very interesting and important. Even in the work of the great poet A.S. Pushkin, they played an important role. “What a delight these fairy tales are!” - wrote A.S. Pushkin. And he wrote the first poem in this genre - “Ruslan and Lyudmila”, as a twenty-year-old youth (in 1818)

In fairy tales there is always a clear line between good and bad, evil and good. Characters, through their actions, create images of the behavior of a good and a bad person. And the child begins to follow the example of his favorite fairy-tale characters. The character traits of the characters influence the basic character traits of the child, which are formed in childhood. When reading funny fairy-tale adventures, the main character traits are formed: justice and decency, honesty and nobility, sincerity and loyalty, and the child’s inner world develops.

In fairy tales, unlike fables, morality is not clearly defined, but it is present in every story, even a small one. Here are examples of what lessons can be learned from them .

  • The wonderful story in verse “The Little Humpbacked Horse,” written by P. P. Ershov, teaches us to always be smart and never give up.
  • The main thing that A. S. Pushkin teaches in the fairy tale “About the Golden Cockerel” is that what is promised must always be fulfilled, and the given word must be kept.
  • Patience and work will grind everything down - this is what one can say about the moral of the story written by S. V. Mikhalkov “The Three Little Pigs”.
  • And the poems “Moidodyr” and “Fedorino’s Mountain” by K.I. Chukovsky explain to children the important topic of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
  • True love and friendship, spiritual purity and loyalty can defeat the spell of an evil sorceress and melt even an “icy” heart - this is described in the plot of the work “The Snow Queen” by H. H. Andersen; a similar meaning is embedded in the story of the Little Mermaid.
  • Treat others the way you want to be treated - the folk tale “The Fox and the Crane” demonstrates the accuracy of this saying.

This list can be endless. Students should write the “fairytale” moral in their workbook as messages. And use them as an algorithm of action for the development of personality.

The main thing when choosing fairy tales for children is that they captivate the child, forcing him to empathize and sympathize with the characters, think and analyze. Russian folk tales meet all these criteria; they contain all the wisdom of the people. This genre belongs to folklore.

What do fairy tales teach?

“This is what you, daughter, understood from the fairy tale about Kolobok?” - I ask. “I don’t understand anything,” she replies. “Well, why didn’t you understand? If Kolobok hadn’t run away from his grandparents, the fox wouldn’t have eaten him... You can’t run away from home!” The daughter thought and said: “So if he hadn’t run away, they would have eaten him themselves. Why did his grandmother bake it? And so he at least walked through the forest before his death, saw different animals...”

Now I'm thinking. I re-read it again, this time for myself, to grasp the meaning of the fairy tale. Indeed, there is no logic: the grandfather, apparently, was hungry, sent the grandmother to the bottom, she scraped up flour mixed with dust and baked Kolobok for lunch. And just as they wanted to devour him, he jumped out the window and rolled, rolled, well, and the rest you know.

The moral is clear: the desire for freedom cannot end in anything good - this is the first thing. Second: if you want to eat, close the windows. And that’s why half the forest is talking to the baked goods...

I took another fairy tale, the well-known “Ryaba Hen”. There are no koloboks, no pies, no kulebyak, there is only one egg. True, from gold, which “... the grandfather beat, beat, but did not break, the woman beat, beat, but did not break, but the mouse ran, waved its tail, the egg fell and broke... The grandfather and woman are crying...”.

“Why are they crying? - my daughter asks. — That the egg broke? So they wanted to break it themselves. The mouse helped only with its tail..."

I started thinking again. “You see,” I say, “Ksyushenka... An egg is a symbol of life, a symbol of the sun. A broken egg is like the sun going out: life is over and everyone will die...” “This, dad,” the daughter answers, “is no longer a fairy tale at all, but some kind of horror...”

I threw “Ryaba Chicken” into the trash, rummaged around on the shelves, and found “Little Khavroshechka”. Since childhood, I remember that the fairy tale is kind and ends well, but just in case, I decided to read it to myself first, since it’s short. And what? The talking cow helped and helped the poor orphan, did everything around the house for her, while the little orphan Khavroshechka was resting, and in the end the animal was slaughtered for this. That is, the cow did good deeds, and it was used for meat, so that it would not be disgraced.

“Little Khavroshechka” left after “Pockmarked Hen,” and I went to dig through the rest of the fairy tales. I turned on a cartoon about “Prostokvashino” for my daughter so that she wouldn’t get bored, there doesn’t seem to be anything to complain about, I’m covered in books myself, I turned on the Internet, I’m looking for a normal fairy tale to read and no questions asked. So that good wins, evil is punished, everyone is alive and without any bread, bakery, or egg adventures.

I dismissed “Pinocchio” immediately. From a modern pedagogical point of view, this is not a fairy tale, but a manual on petty hooliganism. He also dismissed fairy tales where the Serpent Gorynych is involved - he is a funny animal, of course, but his character... Either he eats someone, then he burns them, or he kidnaps innocent maidens. And his heads grow exponentially after being separated from his body.

I calculated: one chopping procedure means 6 new heads. Accordingly, 10 procedures - 3072 heads, 100 procedures - the sum with 20 zeros. If the hero had not calmed down, spat and gone home, then in three days the mass of the heads of the Serpent Gorynych would have exceeded the mass of the Universe.

I didn’t throw away the fairy tales where toads turn into Vasilis the Beautiful and Forest Beasts into princes, I simply put them aside. All that was needed was for my daughter to start carrying monsters and frogs home and waiting for the transformations. Let him grow up, then I’ll read it.

Next - “Geese-Swans”. What kind of birds are these, my daughter will ask - there are either geese or swans? What to answer? And the hero? He stood by the stone, read: “If you go straight, you’ll be married,” and immediately turned left to save the horse... Why doesn’t he want to marry a former toad? How will I explain this to my daughter?

Then she comes in. “Well, dad, you played me a cartoon...” he says. “The village is abandoned, people have left it, only one strange postman remains, who is afraid of the police... Almost Kubrick, “The Shining”....” “Come on,” I suggest, “I’ll play “Wave and the Bear” for you.” “No, I don’t even want to hear about this little bitch...”

And I have the last children’s book left, “Fairy Tales of the Peoples of Central Asia.” I only read the end of the first fairy tale, I already felt bad...

“Edgor tore off the skin from Azamat, threw it on the saddle, wrapped his intestines around a spear and galloped across the steppe, and only the gophers died under his hooves...”

“It’s better,” I say, “Ksyusha, I’ll play you a music disc, and then we’ll discuss the songs...” And I put on “Chanson-97,” under which I met her mother. There, at least I can explain everything, why “... the prosecutor’s daughter was crying, remaining faithful to Zhigan, and mom didn’t even know who her daughter loved...”

What if my daughter becomes a prosecutor? Regional. Although if she reads “Fairy Tales of the Peoples of Central Asia,” then maybe it will reach the federal level.

Source of valuable knowledge

Fairy tales teach us everything that is so lacking in our modern technocratic world. It is a pity that these days children begin to get acquainted with the world around them not through the plots of fairy-tale adventures, but through mini-versions in videos on the computer or cartoons on TV screens. And these are not even always cartoons based on classic fairy tales. It is impossible to live without a miracle! After all, only by immersing yourself in this enchanting and magical world can you learn to appreciate friends, not be afraid of difficulties, and understand that good always comes back in kind .

In fairy tales everything is simple and clear. In life, everything is much more complicated and confusing, there is no clear line between white and black, there are many shades, and it is also difficult to draw a line between good and evil. But if people apply in life the wisdom, skill and experience gained from fairy tales, so to speak, basic knowledge, then getting out of difficult life situations will be much easier. And, the main conclusion, since fairy tales have reached our time, it means that this genre is really worth everyone’s attention and is a source of valuable knowledge.
