Preliminary work included: learning breathing exercises, low mobility games, reading the fairy tale “Little Ball”.

The lesson was held in a preparatory group, 13 children were present. Lesson duration – 25 minutes.

The lesson notes corresponded to my work plan and program requirements for this age. The children were in sports uniform at the beginning of the lesson. The gym was ventilated and prepared. The goals and objectives of the lesson are interconnected with previously studied material, so the children did not experience any special effort or stress.

The organizational stage included: lining up children in a line, warming up (various types of walking and running), lasting 8 minutes. The exercises were performed in motion using the flow method, during which all muscle groups were involved in the children.

When moving to the main part of the lesson, we used general developmental exercises with a ball.

To avoid overwork and overload of children during the lesson, we used breathing exercises, which helped restore breathing and at the same time solved an important health problem.

Next in the lesson, the game “Beads” was played, which was already familiar to the children.

In the final part of the lesson, a new sedentary ball game “Hot Potato” was played. The children liked it; it is clear, accessible and simple. Throughout the lesson I used the method of explaining, explaining and showing. All stages of the lesson were observed in accordance with methodological requirements and are interconnected with each other (introductory part, main part, final part).

The sanitary and hygienic conditions for organizing a folklore and sports festival for children of the younger group, dedicated to the national holiday Maslenitsa, comply with the requirements of SanPin: the room was ventilated in advance, the lighting was sufficient, the entire space of the gym was used, safety precautions were observed, the general motor density of the sports festival . The children were dressed in lightweight sportswear and comfortable shoes.

During the lesson the following tasks were expected to be solved:

Teach children to act on a signal from the teacher, to perform joint actions in a group of peers; to train children in maintaining balance when walking on a limited area of ​​support; practice the ability to land on bent legs when jumping.

Maintaining a positive, emotional background of the holiday, preventing the appearance of fatigue, various types of activities alternated.

Throughout the holiday, the children were active, showed independence and creative interest.

Children received a certain amount of information, skills and abilities, taking into account the assigned tasks, consolidated knowledge about the national holiday Maslenitsa, its meaning, symbols, traditions in the life of a Russian person, in combination with musical material.

The children were positively disposed to the holiday, cooperated with the characters and with each other, took an active part in games, were friendly, proactive, and self-confident.

The results showed that the children had fun at the festival. The activities of children for the future were envisaged; the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities will contribute to the familiarization of children with folk art and the traditions of the Russian people.

All tasks assigned to teachers were completed successfully.

Maslenitsa is one of the calendar holidays that enjoys the constant love of the people. It is important to hold such events in kindergarten . Children should know the origins of this holiday and get acquainted with the traditions of Maslenitsa. Getting to know the traditions and customs of the Russian people instills love for their native country and increases interest in its culture.

In the middle group, a story-based physical education lesson with elements of health technologies was held. The topic was chosen for ongoing organized activities with children of this age due to the fact that it shows the quality of the level of physical fitness of children.

Purpose of the lesson: Formation of correct posture and coordination of movements. Improving physical development skills: balance, walking, running, crawling.

Tasks:

1. Exercise children in walking in different ways.

2. Exercise children in running at different paces.

3. Exercise children in performing hops and jumps with an added step.

4. Form correct posture in children with the help of game tasks.

5. Exercise children in maintaining balance when stepping over gymnastic sticks raised to a height.

According to the psychological and pedagogical conditions: the appearance of the children and the physical education instructor corresponds to the norm, a democratic style of communication is chosen, methods of motivating children are used, their concentration is achieved with the help of the developing plot of the lesson, equipment that is well known to the children is used.
