Organization of volunteer

in our group was carried out in stages.
The first stage can be conditionally designated as preparatory. The task of this stage is to study the theoretical aspects of children's volunteering

After consulting with the parents of the students about the implementation of volunteer

We studied a lot of different literature and discussed topics at a round table.

A work plan was drawn up for the month. Sometimes, within a month, it was adjusted. But this did not affect the final result. Participation in the “Let's be Friends” campaign to help a shelter for dogs and cats. The children, together with the teacher, developed and made a layout of leaflets, which they and their parents distributed to friends and family members, in order to connect adults to the problem of animal shelters. Together with the parents, they collected food and various care items for the animals, which were then donated to the shelter together with the children.

This helped me understand the problem of shelters, empathize and care for animals. The children sincerely wanted to help all the cats and dogs.

Analysis of the work carried out and reflection circles showed that older boys were less actively involved in the “Children Volunteers ”

, since due to psychological characteristics boys are more conservative than girls. Children who have younger brothers and sisters used their personal experiences gained in the family, which helped them become involved in the proposed situation. Only children in the family more often turned to adults for help or took an observer position.

Despite the above, I believe that the work on introducing technology has shown positive dynamics in the formation and development of self-regulation of behavior, independence, initiative and responsibility in children, as well as emotional satisfaction. After visiting the younger group, the children came satisfied that they helped, studied, played with the kids like adults, showing care for them. By coming to the group and telling where they were, what they were doing, they gradually aroused the interest and desire of other children to try, and then they also actively became involved in the volunteer movement

Children love to act as helpers. Moreover, this title must be earned by your behavior and positive attitude towards this work. I believe that children should receive inner satisfaction and feel proud of the work done. Don't expect material rewards. This is the main essence of this movement.

Nowadays there is a lot of talk about how the younger generation displays negative attitudes towards each other. Modern children live and develop in completely different sociocultural conditions than their peers 20 years ago. The employment of parents, the generation gap, the technologization of children's subculture, the lack of “yard” socialization, the isolation of the child in the family and other trends negatively affect the socialization of modern children. Increased aggressiveness, a lack of humane forms of behavior, alienation, and isolation bring to the fore the task of socializing children.

Preschool age is considered a period of intense socialization. But in our time, it is not easy to instill the idea of ​​volunteering, since many people have a stereotype that a person who does honest work for the benefit of society and for free is either strange or even a loser. This means that creating a positive image of a volunteer and popularizing the ideas of volunteering is one of the urgent tasks for the country.

It is noted that the issues of educating the social activity of the individual have always been the focus of attention of domestic pedagogy. Ideas about nurturing social activity in the younger generation are reflected in the works of A.S. Makarenko, N.K. Krupskaya, V.A. Sukhomlinsky. Modern theoretical and methodological approaches to the development of social activity of young people are reflected in the works of M.I. Rozhkov, more and more studies are appearing in domestic science in which the phenomenon of social personality is considered in the context of socialization (M.V. Poddubnaya, M.V. Demidenko, etc.)

Unlike other living beings, whose behavior is determined biologically, man, as a biosocial being, needs the process of socialization.

The problem can be solved with the simultaneous implementation of such conditions as the creation of a favorable socio-cultural development environment, a flexible combination of different forms and methods of working with children, taking into account their capabilities and developmental characteristics, close cooperation between group teachers, specialists and parents. The “Children are Volunteers” technology is well suited for this work and is surprisingly easy to use. In the federal state educational standard for preschool education (clause 2.6.), “the formation of independence, purposefulness and self-regulation of one’s own actions” is one of the tasks of the social and communicative development of a child, and it also requires a reconsideration of the approach to organizing the conditions for the development of a child - a preschooler.

The theory and methodology of education traces the idea that the children's movement, uniting children, is an important factor in the development of personality, its socialization, the source of citizenship, and the development of creative potential in society. And the volunteer movement is an organization where, through joint activities, children can gain positive experience of social maturation and social responsibility. Project “Volunteer is more than a profession!”

The project is aimed at introducing preschoolers to charity and the profession of volunteering. Relevance : Volunteer is more than a profession, it is a calling! Volunteer (from English volunteer - volunteer) is a person who works on a voluntary basis and does not receive payment for his work.

Volunteering is a modern profession, the study of which is not included in the compulsory education of preschool children. However, in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standards requirements, it is necessary to develop in children such qualities as: assimilation of norms and values ​​accepted in society, including moral and ethical values; development of communication and interaction of the child with adults and peers; development of social and emotional intelligence, emotional responsiveness, empathy, formation of readiness for joint activities with peers, formation of a respectful attitude and a sense of belonging to one’s family and to the community of children and adults in the Organization; formation of positive attitudes towards various types of work and creativity. That is why the project “Volunteer is more than a profession!” was organized in our kindergarten. Volunteering teaches you to help those in need, without reminders or prompts; for a volunteer, such qualities as hard work, kindness towards people around you, care and respect for nature, responsiveness and mercy are valuable. How to encourage children to develop such qualities? This project will introduce not only children, but also parents and preschool teachers to this profession, help them learn about charitable organizations in our city, and apply their knowledge and skills for the benefit of the weak and needy.

Goal: To form in preschool children an idea of ​​the profession “Volunteer” through the active cooperation of participants in the educational process and networking with organizations in the city of Achinsk.
