Theater arts program for children 10-15 years old

The program “Theatre Studio “Reincarnation” is designed to study acting skills.

The study of all sections of the program is aimed at expanding the emotional and value-based attitude towards works of theatrical art, acquiring acting skills, deepening ideas about theater as an art form, and revealing a holistic picture of the world.

Theater as an art form presupposes the possibility of flexible construction of the educational process in the conditions of additional education, a change in types of activities, ample opportunities for the individual participation of children and the development of their abilities. And the software approach allows us to model the individual educational route of each child.

Relevance of the program.

The relevance and demand for an additional general education general development program is determined by the requirements of modern society for the development and education of students. The program compensates through the use of theater for the insufficient attention of modern pedagogy to the emotional sphere of the child’s personality and the possibility of expressing this personality through “playing out” life situations. Revealing the sensory-emotional nature of the student, there is an individual development of certain sensory skills, which are practiced in trainings and consolidated, developed in staged work, and staged work is again reinforced by trainings (training progress in “concentric circles”) associated with the detailed development of individual skills and skills. Theatrical activities within the framework of this educational program are designed to fill the informational, social, communicative and creative deficit. By providing children with the opportunity for informal communication, creative self-expression, easy and exciting learning of new things, the program successfully solves one of the most important problems of the additional education system: the problem of organizing useful leisure and extracurricular activities. The modern competency-based approach to education requires a change in the entire paradigm of education, so right now the work of the theater association is becoming especially relevant.

Pedagogical feasibility:

The program is based on the idea of ​​using the potential of theater pedagogy, which allows you to develop the child’s personality, optimize the process of development of speech, voice, sense of rhythm, plasticity of movements, emotional sphere through play activities. The main language of theatrical art is action, the main specific features are dialogue and play. And play and communication are the leading psychological activities for students. The game helps in understanding the world and develops the desire for creativity. Children acquire knowledge through their own experience and independent creativity. An individual approach to each child, a positive emotional mood in the classroom, interaction between the teacher and children during the educational process through play activities allows us to obtain the most positive result.

Theatrical activities are implemented by staging fairy-tale performances based on author's fairy tales and works of art in accordance with the cyclogram of holidays held in the Children's Home.

Explanatory note.

In our world, saturated with information and stress, the soul asks for a fairy tale - a miracle, a feeling of carefree childhood.

In the soul of every child lies a desire for free theatrical play , in which he reproduces familiar literary plots. This is what activates his thinking, trains memory and visual perception, develops imagination and fantasy, and improves speech. And to overestimate the role of the native language, which helps people, especially children, to consciously perceive around them and is a means of communication. S. Ya. Rubinstein wrote: “The more expressive the speech, the more the speaker, his face, himself appears in it.” Such speech includes verbal (intonation, vocabulary and syntax)

and non-verbal
(facial expressions, gestures, posture)

To develop the expressive side of speech, it is necessary to create conditions in which each child could express his emotions, feelings, desires and views, not only in ordinary conversation, but also publicly.

Theatrical activities allow the child:
