Sports team names, mottos and emblems

The names for the competing teams should be thought out in advance; you can use our website. Here you can find mottos and emblem options.

The latter must be multiplied in the required quantity so that everything is ready for health day. There is no need to waste time making emblems directly during the event.

Examples of mottos: “Sport and movement are life”, “A healthy mind in a healthy body!”, “To be healthy and strong, you need sports, friends, love.”

A good solution when the team name is reflected in the motto:

The command “Well, wait a minute!”

Motto: “Maximum sport, maximum laughter!”

This way we will achieve success faster.

If others go ahead,

We will tell them this: “Well, just wait!”

How to spend a health day at school

In anticipation of Health Day, held annually around the world on April 7 , the school is developing a plan of activities involving students in all grades, teachers and parents.

To ensure more comprehensive coverage of participants, it is recommended to organize a healthy lifestyle week for schoolchildren.

Over the course of several days, open lessons are held with useful information about the importance of sports in healthy lifestyle, promotions and quizzes on a single topic are held.

Sports-oriented game programs are especially popular among primary school students.

Playing at stations at school and on the street

The station game, which is played both at school and on the street, is of constant interest. For these purposes, as a rule, a sports hall or stadium is allocated, but other premises and open areas can also be used.

This is a good option for primary and secondary school students.

At each station with an original name, participants, individually or as a team, undergo tests of various types. This could be answers to questions, mental agility tasks, or sports exercises.

An approximate list of stations on the route for students from elementary to 6-7 grades:

  • mysterious - thematic riddles are asked here,
  • sports - you need to do a certain number of push-ups, squats, pull-ups, etc.,
  • vitamin - choose cards with the designation of vitamins with images of fruits, vegetables and other food products,
  • song - remember and perform a song about sports,
  • artistic - draw a poster advertising a healthy lifestyle.

Goal: Improve physical qualities - speed, agility, endurance. Accumulate and enrich children's motor experience. Form the need for physical activity. Foster a desire to participate in games with elements of competition, relay races. Evoke a positive emotional response in children. Children enter the hall to the music. Instructor: Guys, today we have gathered to celebrate Health Day. We need to start Health Day with a bright smile and a friendly parade. Let's all shout Hurray for Health Day! Hooray! Hooray! - Who can say what it means to be healthy? (children's answers) Yes, you're right, this means not getting sick, playing sports and strengthening yourself, eating more vitamins and healthy foods. And don’t sit still, move more often. Instructor: We have no time to be bored here. It’s time to start warming up. Stand in a circle together, hold hands together. Carloson flies in to the sound of a helicopter. Carlson: Guys, hello everyone! Do you recognize me? The children answer.

Carlson: That's right, I'm Carlson, who lives on the roof. Today I flew past your roof and saw you. I really wanted to play with you! Instructor: Carlson, why are you wrapped up like that? Hat, scarf. Why don't you toughen up? Carlson: Oh, I'm afraid of catching a cold! I’ve already eaten raspberry jam, but I don’t know what else to treat. Instructor: Carloson, take off your earflaps and scarf. The guys will tell you how not to catch a cold. Guys, what should I do?

The children answer. Carlson: Wow, how much do you know! I have a kid I know, he really loves different fairy tales. Do you love it? Well, since you need to move a lot to be healthy, let's play fairy tales.

The children answer. Slides with fairy tale heroes. Carlson: Guess what fairy tale this is? The fairy tale has a game, you will like it. 1. Relay 4 “Baba Yaga”. 5 people from each group play. The indispensable attributes of Baba Yaga were a mortar and a broom. In the relay race, you can use a simple bucket as a mortar, and a mop as a broom. The participant stands with one foot in the bucket, the other remains on the ground. He holds a mop with one hand and the handle of a bucket with the other. In this position, it is necessary to pass the entire distance and pass the “mortar” and “broom” to the next one. A child in the middle group rides on a broom. Carlson: What kind of fairy tale is this? 2. Relay race: “Doctor Aibolit” 6 people play. The first participant of “Aibolit” with skittles in his hands (the child of the middle group has 3 pins, the older ones have 5), runs to the sitting children of his group, he puts one thermometer for everyone - a “skittle”, returns, the next one runs collects the “thermometers”. Carlson: And the next fairy tale... And a task from the fox Alice and the cat Basilio. As you know, Alice the fox was lame, and Basilio the cat was blind. Now we will try to depict them. 3. Relay: “Alice the Fox and Basilio the Cat.” The relay is a doubles race, since the fairy tale characters are also inseparable. One of the participants is Alice, the other is Basilio. Relay race for two teams. Fox Alice - children of the middle group, puts on an imitation of a cast on one leg (large felt boots, wrapped in a bandage). Participants: Older children portraying a cat are blindfolded and wear a sign with the inscription: “Blind.” Holding onto each other, the “blind” and the “lame” overcome the obstacle. 4. Relay race: “Snake Gorynych.” Who is unfamiliar with this fabulous creature, which has 3 heads, four legs and 2 wings! Let’s also portray “Snake Gorynych”, it’s not difficult. Three participants stand side by side, put their hands on each other’s belts or shoulders. This makes 4 legs in total. At the signal, “Serpent Gorynych” begins to move, and the participants standing on the sides must perform movements with their hands, reminiscent of flapping their wings. Having run, galloped, and reached the finish line, the troika turns around, returns and passes the baton to the next participants. 5. Relay race: “Teremok”. 6 people Carlson: First, let’s remember who lived in the tower: Mouse-Norushka; Frog-Frog; Jumping Bunny; Foxy-Sister; Mosquito-Piskun. The Bear came sixth and destroyed the tower. Players are given masks or caps depicting fairy-tale characters. Let's try to play out this fairy tale in a relay race. The baton starts with “Norushka Mouse”. The participant playing this role, at the signal, moves to the finish line, where there is a hoop that symbolizes the tower. Having reached, the player threads the hoop through himself, puts it in place and runs after the next participant, i.e. the “Frog-Frog”. Now they are running together, holding hands. Having reached, the two of them climb into the hoop, etc. The bear does not thread the hoop, but takes everyone into the hoop and pulls them to the finish line. Carlson: Here

I remember Baby’s mother reading a fairy tale where a magic apple rolled on a saucer and told about everything in the world. 6. Relay race “Apple on a plate”

So now you need to carry the apple, but not on a plate, but on a badminton racket. Assignment: “Each team member must carry an apple on a racket at arm’s length in front of him to the hoop, go around it and come back without dropping the apple. And so does every team member. As soon as all participants complete the task, the first one raises the apple up!”

Carlson: Oh, what great fellows you are! But I have to go, the Baby is waiting for me. I will tell him that to be healthy, you need to move a lot and we will also play different fairy-tale games.

Goodbye, see you again!!!!!!

Interesting, entertaining and educational conversations

On the Internet you can find all kinds of conversations on various topics promoting a healthy lifestyle, the need to play sports, move actively, spend more time outdoors, and go hiking. These video messages can be a great addition to a school health day program.

You can invite high school students to make a video report on the topic of a healthy lifestyle, interview an athlete or employee or director of a sports school, parents and children who play any sport, maybe even a doctor.

Just ask questions on the street and find out in the process how many people play sports, what inspires them, and what problems arise from a sedentary lifestyle. Then students can edit the video and show it in class, and then discuss the topic of healthy lifestyle with the teacher.
