Sport is the key to health
You hear a similar phrase quite often. Indeed, those who play sports are less susceptible to illness, stress and depression. An active lifestyle not only strengthens the human body, but also makes it more resilient.
Sports activities begin to be practiced in kindergarten. They have a pronounced game character - competitions, relay races, competitions. In this way, children are introduced to a healthy lifestyle. They also learn to give in, support each other, and work as a team.
Children's sports competitions are often conducted by teachers themselves. Each garden celebrates Health Day at different intervals. For competitions, it is important to choose competitions that are age-appropriate for children. Relay races must be aimed at identifying certain physical qualities, have a name and rules. Don't forget about the competitive aspect.
For one sports competition, it is enough to select 3-4 competitions. Under no circumstances should children be overloaded or forced. This way you can discourage the desire for sports forever.

Name and motto
As already mentioned, each team must have its own name and motto. A well-known proverb says: “Whatever you call a ship, that’s how it will sail.” This is also true for sports.
At first glance, it seems that coming up with a name is easy. However, in reality this is far from the case. Initially, you should listen to the ideas of all team members and come to a common decision, and this is very difficult. After all, there are so many people, so many opinions.
It is best to focus on the character of the participants, their age, and lifestyle in the name. You can use the help of teachers. Just as students give nicknames to teachers, teachers give nicknames to their classes.
Sometimes the sporting competitions themselves come up with the idea. For example, if the competition is called “Cossack Fun,” then the team can be named “Bulava.”
In addition to the name, you also need to come up with an emblem and motto. The latter should not be too complex or long. A few words of encouragement are enough. Examples: “I see the goal, I see no obstacles,” “Together we are strong,” “Forward to victory.”
Sports competitions are not just physical education in a playful form, they are a real holiday for the whole school. Don’t despair if the team doesn’t win, because the main thing is not victory, but participation.
From the history of sports competitions
Almost every schoolchild knows the legend about the origin of the Olympic Games. These are the most famous sporting events. Various physical competitions were held long before our era. These included fist fights, horse racing, archery, throwing, etc.
The sport reached its highest apogee in ancient Greece, where the very first Olympic Games were held (776 BC). Only indigenous free residents could participate in such competitions. Women were not allowed to compete.
The principle of the games was fairness. A victory obtained fraudulently would deprive the participant of the title. To become a participant in the Olympic Games, you had to train hard for a year.
For the ancient Greek population, sport was a sublime and noble activity. A person who did not lead an active lifestyle was considered uncultured and without self-respect. There were no sports as such at that time. Sports competitions consisted of various physical exercises - jumping, running, throwing, wrestling... They also competed in chariot riding and horseback riding.
Eleven centuries after the first Olympic Games, these competitions were cancelled. The world-famous competition was revived only 1500 years later thanks to Pierre de Coubertin. He created children's sports unions and also organized international competitions. Pierre believed that sport is what unites nations and continents.
So, listening to Coubertin’s advice and arguments, the International Olympic Committee was created in Paris in 1894, and two years later the Olympic Games began to be held again.
What is special about children's parties and sports tournaments from?
Since 2005, we have been organizing tournaments, sports days, competitions among adults and children's non-professional sports teams. As part of a fun holiday, we can hold completely serious competitions among young athletes, and in addition, we know very well what kind of sports activity captivates and entertains children.
There are no problems with the choice of entertainment at our events - both adults and children find exciting activities for themselves in accordance with their age, level of sports training, temperament, and interests.
