Mathematics lesson in a pre-school group. "A Journey through the City of Mathematical Riddles"

Yakovleva Tatyana Aleksandrovna, Mezhdurechensk, Kemerovo region.

Objectives: To give ideas about the signs “greater than” and “less than” , to teach children to use them, to consolidate ideas about ordinal and backward counting, the use of numbers, the relationships of adjacent numbers, and the composition of a number from two smaller ones. Exercise in the ability to compose and solve problems, formulate an arithmetic operation, navigate in space in relation to oneself, work in a squared notebook. Continue to form ideas about the length and width of objects and their measurement. To develop in children the skills of learning activities, the desire to help a friend, and to participate in the implementation of a common goal.

Materials: for children: cards with dots and numbers, under which different types of transport are encrypted, checkered notebooks, pencils, scissors, blank sheets of paper (A4 format), cards with pasted squares of different colors (for ordinal counting), volumetric numbers, cards with illustration tasks, small cars.

The teacher has: tables with number rows, “more than” and “less than” , a table “Find out the squirrel’s path to the hollow . “Find out the hedgehog’s path to the hole” Audio recording of .

Progress of the lesson:

Before the lesson, the teacher, together with the children, builds a town with streets and squares, a castle, and a park from small building materials. I place small toys of animals and pets in the courtyards of houses. Children sit at tables around this town.

“Guys, what an interesting town we have built, but it turns out that it is ruled by an evil wizard named Zero, and the town is called Tape Recorder. (Voice of the “wizard” ) “Hello guys! I am a wizard named Zero, the owner of the city of mathematical riddles, I greet you! Beasts and animals live in my city, but I locked them in crowbars and don’t let them have fun in the warm spring sun and green grass, because no one has yet been found who could guess my riddles! (tape recorder turns off)

Guys, do you feel sorry for the animals? Let's free them, let them out of their houses to walk on the grass? But to do this, you need to solve the problems of the wizard Zero.

  1. How can we go to the city of mathematical riddles? (children list: by bus, by train, by plane, etc.) Each of you will go in your own transport. It is encrypted on your piece of paper. You see dots on the sheet. All points must be connected with lines in the order indicated by the numbers. From number one we draw a line to number two, from number two we draw a line to number three. Etc. (after completing the task, ask the children: “What will you use to go to the city of mathematical riddles?”
  2. Let's imagine that we drove up to the city and stopped at the gate. But the guards won’t let us into the city. The guards order us to guess their difficult puzzles (takes a piece of paper lying at the gate and reads):

a) “In a clearing near the Zhili River, May beetles lived. Daughter, son, father and mother. Who managed to count them?” (four beetles)

b) In the clearing near the oak tree, Mole saw two oak trees. And further away by the pine tree, He found another one.

Come on, who's ready to count? How many mushrooms did the mole find? (three mushrooms)

c) Andryushka arranged toys in two rows, Next to the monkey there was a teddy bear. Together with the fox - the bunny with a scythe. Following them are a hedgehog and a frog. How many toys did Andryushka place? (six toys)

d) The hedgehog gave the ducklings eight leather boots. Which of the guys will answer: How many ducklings were there? (four ducklings)

e) Seryozhka fell into the snow, and behind him was Alyoshka, and behind him was Marinka, and behind her was Irinka.

And then Ignat fell. How many guys are there in the snow? (five guys)

Well, well done guys, we guessed all the riddles and the guards will probably let us into the city.

3. Let's imagine that we entered the city of mathematical riddles and immediately found ourselves on a number street. What street do you live on? (ask 2-3 children) And in this magical city there is Chislovaya Street. The boy Gavryusha lives on it with his pets (points with a pointer at the animals and puts them on the easel table "Gavryusha" . Then shows pictures of a shovel and a watering can) Where will Gavryusha go? What does he want to do in the garden? Give him a watering can in his right hand, and in his left shoulder blade (shows a notebook with unfinished work) Gavryusha left unfinished work on mathematics. Let's solve his problems for Gavryusha. What did he write here? (exposes a large sample) Look and tell me how many figures should be on the third line? Why? Prove it. If your friend makes a mistake, we will help him, because... we must travel together through the city of mathematical riddles. Let's open the notebooks and write only five lines of geometric shapes, but the number of shapes in each line should be different. Guess which one? (remember the rule for writing in a line)

4. Guys, how long will it take to travel around the city? Let `s have some rest. Let's play the game "Whose team will assemble faster?" You have cards with squares of different colors. All the green squares will go to the window, the purple ones to the easel, and the brown ones to the corner of nature. In units, line up in order and count: 1, 2,3... March through the group to the sound of a tambourine, and at the signal, form into units. Whose team will assemble faster? (play 2.3 times)

5. We sat down and continued our journey. Now we are on Smekalistykh Street. Are there any Savvy among you? Well, let's see!

a) can you count backwards? I will throw the ball and call a number, and you count back from this number (4-5 times)

b) look at this table: What is the largest number here? What is the smallest number here? And the number 2 is less than what numbers? And the number 8 is greater than what numbers?

c) Do you know how to guess unknown numbers? Open the notebooks on which a duckling from Disney cartoons is drawn, to the page where Cippolino offers us his riddles. Find the unknown numbers in each line and put the number in the correct cell. What is the unknown number in the first line? Read the whole line. What is the unknown number in the second line? Read it. Let's read the third line in unison. What was the unknown number here? Well done guys, you guessed these riddles of the wizard Zero.

6. And now we are on the street of signs (shows the street with a narrow pointer and puts two numbers on the easel: 3 and 3) What sign can be placed between these numbers? Correct (+), (puts a sign) Three plus three equals what? Also, what kind of sign can I put up? Children: minus (-) Three minus three, what is it equal to? That's right, zero. This is the favorite number of the wizard Zero. Is it possible to put a sign like this between these numbers? (puts an equal sign). (Listen to the children’s answers, offer to prove the correctness of your answer) What if instead of the number three I put another number? (puts the number 4) Is it possible to leave an equal sign between them? No? Why? And I think it’s possible? Prove it. Of course, guys, 4 is more than three, if some number is more or less than another, then these signs are placed (shows, puts two examples on the easel: 4 is more than 6 3 and 5 is less than 6). This sign is called “more than” and reads like this: 4 more than three, and this sign is called “less” and reads 5 less than 6. Are these signs similar to each other? How are they similar? (they are the same, only the point is directed in different directions) These signs can be recognized by their hands, on the right hand there is a “more” (shows), on the left hand there is a “less” . Show the “greater than” (shows), show the “less than”

What sign should be put here? (Puts numbers 8 and 3)

And here? Puts numbers (6 and 10) Well, guys, the wizard Zero didn’t think that you would remember these signs! They're not hard to remember, right?

7. Guys, on the street of signs there is a river of quick answers. How do we get to the other side of the river? Yes, we need a bridge. What is the name of the bridge that pedestrians cross? What if we drive a car across the bridge? what will it be called? Let's make pedestrian and car bridges out of paper. You should have a bridge in the idea of a strip of paper (shows) Where do we start making a bridge? How wide will the pedestrian bridge be: narrow or wide? What about a car? How do you know how long a bridge needs to be made? How to measure the length of a bridge? Help each other.

8. We crossed to the other side of the river and found ourselves in the castle of unsolved problems. Let's solve them and release the goslings that live in the castle. Create puzzles based on your pictures. (Ask 3-4 children) What parts does the problem have? let's solve Sasha's problem (repeat it) Is this an addition or subtraction problem? How did you solve it? Come up with a problem based on this example (6+2=)

And who will solve this problem: “Geese were swimming on the lake. When one came ashore, there were 7 geese left in the water. How many geese swam in the lake? Help your friend decide, decide together.

Well done guys, the wizard Nola is in a completely bad mood, he will have to release his captives.

9. At the end of the city, guys, there is a park. And it's called the Park of Unknown Numbers. Who lives in this park? (a table is set up “Show the squirrel’s path to the hollow” and “Show the hedgehog’s path to the hole” ) Where does the squirrel sleep? (points to the hollow). Where does the hedgehog sleep? The squirrel can go to the hollow along these paths, but not along all of them, but along one of them, on which two numbers make up the third in the hollow (in each of the three paths he puts numbers and only on one he puts numbers that make up the sum of the number, located in a hollow) On which path should the squirrel jump? Which path does the hedgehog run along? Why?

Guys, we have completed all the tasks of the wizard Zero. And we can release all the animals and drive cars through the streets. Take animals and cars and play in the town.
