SCHOOL OF GOOD WIZARDS Games that promote the development of direct communication skills, the ability to see a peer as a valuable independent person, as well as children’s experience of common emotions.

1. Evil dragon (about kind words) For this game you need to bring to the group several large cardboard or wooden boxes that could fit 2-3 children. At the beginning of the game, the teacher invites the children to become gnomes living in small houses. When the children take their places in the box houses, the adult tells them: “There is a big problem in our country. Every night a big, big evil dragon flies in and takes people to his castle on the mountain, and no one knows what happens to them next. There is only one way to escape from the dragon: when dusk falls on the city, people hide in their houses, sit there hugging each other and persuade each other not to be afraid, console each other, stroke each other. The dragon cannot stand affectionate and kind words, and when he hears them coming from a house, he tries to quickly fly past this house and continues to search for another house from which such words are not heard. So, the last rays of the sun are slowly fading, dusk is falling on the city and people are rushing to hide in their houses and hug each other tightly.” The teacher walks between houses, pretending to be a dragon, howling and threatening, stopping at each house and looking inside. 2. Storm For the game, you need a large piece of cloth so that you can cover the children with it. The teacher gathers the children around him and says: “Woe is the ship that finds itself at sea during a storm: huge waves threaten to capsize it, and the wind throws the ship from side to side. But the waves in a storm are a pleasure: they frolic, hum, and compete with each other to see who can rise higher. Let's imagine that you are waves. There is water above you. You can hum joyfully, hiss ominously, raise and lower your arms, turn in different directions, change places, etc. Make sure you all stay under water, otherwise you’ll turn into a boat, and then you’ll be in trouble.” An adult and children climb under a piece of fabric, jump, hiss, hum, and wave their arms. 3. Little mice in a mousetrap (mutual help) The game requires cloth bags so that, having climbed into them, children can move around the room. The adult informs the children that today they will play with little mice: “Little mice lived in the same house. They lived quietly and amicably, did not disturb anyone, only sometimes they climbed into the owner’s cellar and stole cheese from there, because they had to eat something. Of course, the owner of the house was not happy with such a neighborhood, and then one day he decided to destroy the mice. To do this, he bought a lot of mousetraps and placed them throughout the cellar. And in the evening, the unsuspecting mice, as always, went for cheese. And of course we ended up in mousetraps.” The teacher helps the children, two at a time, climb into the bags so that they can only stick their heads out. “So, you're caught! You were so scared and confused that at first all you could do was hug yourself tightly and squeak pitifully.” The teacher approaches each pair of children and strokes them. “To escape, you must get to your hole before the owner arrives.” An adult opens the bedroom door. “Crawl slowly and silently, help each other.” When all the children crawl to the bedroom, the teacher says: “Now help each other get out of the mousetraps. Did you get out? Let’s hug each other, sing the victory anthem and dance the dance of the little mice.” The teacher and the children hug other mice, squeak joyfully, help the children hold hands to create a circle, and dance with them. 4. Directory types

The card file includes many catalogs, which may differ in purpose, coverage of the fund, grouping method, technology of creation and use.

If we consider the purpose, then catalogs are for readers and for service purposes. They contain, for example, information of interest to readers. Based on the coverage of collections, catalogs can include useful information about institutions, as well as about specific library departments.

According to the grouping method, cards are:

  • alphabetical;
  • systematic.

The first is presented in the form of a catalog where the data is listed in alphabetical order. To quickly find the book you need, you need to find the author's name or the title of the work. Using such a catalog is very convenient.

A systematic catalog is a catalog in which information is located by field of knowledge. For this purpose, the principles of library and bibliographic classification are used, which prescribe the rules for grouping information. Considering the type of creation and use, file cabinets can be traditional or electronic.

Library

The literature card file occupies an important place in an educational institution. Readers receive information about it thanks to:

  • visual information;
  • events, conversations, excursions;
  • days of bibliography;
  • publication of manuals;
  • use of forms and methods of library activities.

The system of catalogs and cards in the library is managed through planning, coordination, and control. The work of employees in this area consists of drawing up plans, developing documentation, and monitoring completed activities. Each library card is subject to maintenance and editing, for which employees are responsible according to their job description.

Medical databases

If, with the advent of electronic books, people go to the library much less often, preferring to download everything and read on a computer, then a medical file is something that one has to deal with against one’s own will.

In any medical institution (no matter public or private), each patient has his own card. It stores all the secrets about his health (symptoms, test results, treatment, doctor’s orders, extracts from the medical history).

It is interesting that although all these “cards” are in practice more like brochures or small books, they continue to bear their traditional name. The thing is, this system initially really consisted of cardboard cards with data, after which this document is named.

Like all other filing systems, medicine is now widely computerized in more developed countries. We are still just getting there. However, there are already several programs adapted to our realities for maintaining a database of patients, recording the services provided to them in hospitals, clinics and other medical institutions. True, they are specialized for paid clinics, where they are used most often.

Concept

A card index is a record of documents arranged in alphabetical order. There may also be a distribution by deadlines and topics. Thanks to the fact that everything is located in one department of the enterprise, finding any information will not be difficult.

What is a card index in a library? These are catalogs that allow you to quickly find books of interest, because all readers come to receive specific information. Without them, it would be difficult to navigate any library.

Document storage rules

The archive is maintained by a special employee who works on the basis of a job description. The employee ensures the reception, recording and storage of documentation. It carries out information and reference activities, as well as organizational and methodological ones.

At each enterprise, the archive is located in a separate room. Only as an exception, racks, cabinets, and safes are used that perform the function of preserving documentation. Their shelf life is determined to be 3 years, but it can be reduced.

After this period has expired, it is determined whether the document will be used or archived forever. There is also a destruction option. What exactly needs to be done is decided on the basis of an expert commission.

Card file of arbitration cases

The judicial system has mastered new trends much faster than the medical system. At the moment, in most countries of the world, computer databases are being created that contain information on cases that are or have been before arbitration courts of all levels and entities.

In the Russian Federation this is the Card Index of Arbitration Cases. It is a website kad.arbitr.ru, where, using various search parameters, you can find all the necessary data about the court decision, if for some reason they are not classified. This resource inherited its name from a system used in the pre-computer era. While in the same Ukraine, a site with such data is called not a “card index”, but a “register” (“Unified State Register of Ship Decisions”).

And also about the law enforcement system. As is known, from the moment of its formation, all countries of the world began to keep records of persons who had previously committed crimes or were suspected of them.

Today, all this information is no longer stored in dusty folders, but has been digitized and entered into computer databases.

In the Russian Federation, the “Card Index” program has been developed to store information from the forensic expert department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and about registered persons. We can assume that its name is another way of interpreting the term in question.

Features of filing cabinets in hospitals

The filing cards include essential patient information. There you can find information about your health status, medical history, and prescribed medications. The document allows you to transfer data from one doctor to another.

Cards are stored on special racks, where everything is arranged in alphabetical order. Furniture for documentation can be ordered to specific sizes. The racks have a depth of 18-25 cm and a width of 1000 mm. Many companies manufacture custom-made furniture based on customer preferences.

There is mobile rail furniture for the archive department. It will help compactly place the necessary materials in small areas. The reception area may have stationary shelving or combined furniture. Properly placed documentation will allow you to quickly find the card you need.

What is a bank account file?

Before examining the purpose and types of card files, it is necessary to clarify what kind of payment instrument it is.

Card index

– a banking instrument necessary for managing payment orders of the holder of a particular current account.

Note 1.

Those bills that cannot be executed by the bank (for a variety of reasons) are sent to the card index.

One way or another, file cabinets are associated with non-fulfillment of instructions due to certain circumstances. To understand when one or another type of coronary is used, let us study the question of the existing grounds for its discovery.

Why is it needed?

All existing reasons for creating a card index can be divided into two groups:

  1. Payment orders are not approved by the client – i.e. in this case, there is no acceptance to write off the money, or the bills cannot be paid due to the seizure imposed on them.
  2. The company's current account does not have sufficient funds to fulfill obligations, an overdraft is not available on it, or the limit has been exceeded. All this means it is impossible to make payments.

For both groups of situations, card files No. 1 and No. 2 are opened, respectively - we will discuss them below.

Note 2.

The absence of a legal entity's RS file is a serious advantage when you need approval for opening a credit line, agreeing on overdraft limits or providing additional business financing, etc. And vice versa - the presence of a file cabinet indicates an unstable state of affairs in the company.

Important! Account files are opened exclusively for organizations.

An important point about which many non-employees have false ideas: K. does not have any information regarding the debts of a legal entity to counterparties or banking institutions

. It shows only the fact of the existence of unpaid obligations, for the repayment of which a certain priority is assigned (after receiving acceptance or receipt of money). This is something to keep in mind so as not to be misled by misplaced concerns about leaking confidential data.

Card file No. 1

Today, payment orders with acceptance are almost never used by businessmen and entrepreneurs. And here the question arises: why do we need file cabinet No. 1 at all? Perhaps this is a kind of atavism that the financial system has not yet gotten rid of? No.

It (K.) is necessary to fill those obligations that cannot be fulfilled due to the imposition of judicial restrictions on the entire current account of a legal entity or only on a specific amount of money. Such payments are not realized until the court cancels the imposed sanctions.

As for the documentation, the following should be said: it is recorded in the off-balance sheet accounting account (banking company) No. 90901.

Thus, we can conclude: file cabinet No. 1 contains data on orders awaiting approval regarding the implementation of the payment.

Although this K. is used infrequently, its existence cannot be completely neglected. It is provided for a number of situations that any company may encounter. The imposition of restrictions by the court on RS or balance money is by no means uncommon. It is important to understand the nature of such circumstances in order to act correctly in the future in order to resolve the problem. Ignoring restrictive measures only worsens the situation.

Card file No. 2

To record documents in file cabinet No. 2, off-balance sheet account No. 90902 is intended.

Note 3.

The card file numbers are determined precisely by the numbers of off-balance sheet accounts - more precisely, by the last digit: K. No. 1 - 9090
1
, K. No. 2 - 9090
2
.

So, what is K. No. 2? This is a card file that is opened at a financial institution if there is not enough money in the current account of a legal entity to fulfill the requirements. In other words, this Code concerns those obligations that were not fulfilled within the prescribed time frame.

Each new incoming order takes its turn for the implementation of a payment transaction. If payment is not made in full, the order from K. can be partially covered.

This happens when an insufficient amount of funds is received on the RS.

Important! If the payment is included in file number 2, the company has the right to withdraw it either in its entirety or in accordance with the balance of the unpaid amount (when partial repayment is made).

Of course, the fact of open file cabinet No. 2 is perceived very, very negatively by financial institutions. Despite the fact that many banking companies allow the use of overdraft under RS, overdue orders make it impossible to issue loans

.

The meaning of the word "card index"

This term was coined by the ancient Greeks. Translated from their language, it meant “a place for storing sheets of papyrus.” Over the millennia that have passed since then, the semantics of the word “card file” has not changed much. And today this is the name given to a collection of cards with data laid out in a certain order.

The purpose of filing cabinets is to preserve and organize information. And also make it easier to find. Therefore, the cards are arranged according to the selected criterion. Most often in alphabetical order. Less often - by year, address, number, topic, last name, etc.

Also, a filing cabinet is also specialized furniture for storing the above-mentioned collections. Sometimes this is the name given to the room or department where they are located.

In fact, over the millennia since the emergence of this concept, only the material of the cards has changed in its structure and meaning from papyrus to cardboard.
