International Father's Day is a kind and sincere holiday. This is a celebration of selfless loyalty to one’s paternal duty, the ability to treat one’s children with boundless love and patience. This is a day of honoring those dads who for their sons and daughters were able to become heroes, role models and, in general, those people who “can”, as in the famous song, “anything.”

In addition to drawings or crafts, a tasty treat will be a pleasant surprise for Father's Day. There is no single menu for such a feast, because everything depends on the individual preferences of the heroes of the occasion.
The main thing is that you put your soul into the dish, and everyone can take part in its preparation.
- Snacks . It should be a light snack, for example, mini-burgers, snacks, cheese and meat slices or interesting sandwiches. You can even use homemade pickles, as many men love them.
- Main course. Most fathers adore meat; the most popular items on the holiday table are pork ribs, duck, beef or fish baked over a fire, and interestingly cooked chicken breast. Potatoes in various forms or baked vegetables are suitable as a side dish for men. Lasagna would be good because it's filling.
- Dessert. The festive feast traditionally ends with something sweet. This could be a simple cake, for example, "Male Ideal". It is prepared with black tea and cognac without much effort. Carrot or pear pie would be a good option; you can serve brownie or lazy honey cake.
- Beverages. Dessert can be accompanied by tea or coffee, depending on your preference. You can serve interesting soft drinks, including coffee-based ones, homemade lemonades, mojitos or cocktails.

What date and month will Father's Day 2021 be celebrated in Russia?
Until now, only Matter Day, introduced back in 1998, was celebrated in the Russian Federation. However, on October 4, Vladimir Putin’s decree came into force, according to which Father’s Day is celebrated every 3rd Sunday in October.
For example, in 2021 the event falls on the 17th. The author of the initiative was Ombudsman Anna Kuznetsova - her proposal received the support of the Ministry of Labor, and Russians could also take part in the public discussion of the bill.
Experts express the hope that through the introduction of this holiday it will be possible to increase the responsibility of fathers, emphasize their role in society and strengthen the institution of the family as a whole. There are proposals to make Father's Day an occasion for organizing sports and cultural events in schools. Thanks to this, dads will have the opportunity to make acquaintances with other parents and teachers.
Children will be able to give their fathers a handmade gift, similar to what happens on Mother's Day.
Father's Day has long been celebrated in many countries, but mainly in June. The United States was the first to celebrate it at the beginning of the last century, although the event acquired official status much later.
