The job description includes main sections and additional ones. The first include: “Basic provisions”, “Official functions”, “Rights”, “Responsibility”. The second ones are “Performance assessment”, “Interaction in the institution”, “Working conditions”, etc. Additional sections are typically included by employers who want to cover as many work realities as possible.

Employee rights	Here the rights of an assistant teacher are indicated. These include the following: to make proposals for the work of the institution, to receive guarantees from the state, to receive equipment necessary for work, to demand better working conditions.
Responsibility	This section notes what responsibilities the assistant teacher will bear. They are usually formulated in general terms “in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation,” since each specific offense is examined individually, sometimes with the participation of investigative authorities and the court.

How to draw up a document

The job description is drawn up on A4 paper, on the institution’s letterhead, with details. It is formatted as follows:

The first step is the name of the preschool institution and its details (address, contact phone number, etc.)
Next on the right is a note confirming the approval of the document by the head of the kindergarten.
Then the title of the document and its text should be located.
At the end, the immediate supervisor of the assistant teacher and the employee being hired put their signatures. There may also be signatures of employees agreeing on the job description.

Important! The document is generated in two copies. One remains with the administration of the preschool institution, and the second is issued to the employee hired for the position.
