How to draw up a document

The job description is drawn up on A4 paper, on the institution’s letterhead, with details. It is formatted as follows:

  1. The first step is the name of the preschool institution and its details (address, contact phone number, etc.)
  2. Next on the right is a note confirming the approval of the document by the head of the kindergarten.
  3. Then the title of the document and its text should be located.
  4. At the end, the immediate supervisor of the assistant teacher and the employee being hired put their signatures. There may also be signatures of employees agreeing on the job description.

Important! The document is generated in two copies. One remains with the administration of the preschool institution, and the second is issued to the employee hired for the position.
