Objectives: -Improve elements of walking, climbing, throwing techniques; -develop endurance, jumping ability, agility, spatial orientation skills, attention, determination, reaction speed in relay races; — expand and enrich children’s knowledge about the health benefits of physical exercise; - cultivate friendliness. Equipment: Pom-poms for warming up, 2 fitballs, 2 medium-sized balls, throwing bags, 6 hoops, 4 arches, 2 clubs, rackets with a shuttlecock - 2 pieces, cubes, soft modules, relay batons.

Then they run back to their teams and, handing the basket to the second participants, stand at the end of the column. Those with an empty basket run to the hoops and collect their cubes in basket. The first team member, pushing the cube with a hockey stick, runs to the post and tries to score the cube into the goal. Let's run back. Passes the baton to the next one. Competition for fans. The child sits on the ball and holds the “ears” with his hands. On command, participants jump on the balls to the finishing post, run around it and return, carrying the ball in their hands. The team that finishes the game the fastest wins. Relay race "Ball over head". Players pass the ball over their heads to the next player, the latter stands at the beginning of the column. 9) “Tunnel” relay race. Team members take turns crawling under the arches, stepping over the obstacle, running around the counter and returning back. 10) Relay race “Naughty ball”. With a racket and a tennis ball. At a signal, the child with the racket runs to the stand, runs around it and returns. Passes the racket and ball to the next participant, etc. 11) Relay race “Crossing the swamp”. You need to go from the first hoop to the second to the landmark, shifting the hoops themselves. Leading.
