"Spring came"

Winter is over. Severe frosts and snowstorms are behind us. With the first rays of the spring sun, nature transforms. The temperature is steadily rising, and birdsong can be heard everywhere. Fresh air and gentle sunshine give a boost of vivacity and good mood, and spring nature is the best source of inspiration for a child to play new games and learn about the world around him. The sun is getting warmer and stronger every day, the streets are becoming brighter and walking with the kids is a pleasure. But it is worth remembering that spring is the most deceptive time of the year and it is very easy to catch a cold in the spring breeze, but, nevertheless, this is the most useful and pleasant time of the year for walking with children. It is in the spring that the sun produces a lot of ultraviolet radiation, which is extremely necessary for a child's growing body. Walking in the fresh air is always an interesting and useful activity. Where to go for a walk? The basic principle of choosing a place to walk with your child is closer to nature and away from roads and exhaust fumes. In spring it is especially relevant. Dirty snow on the side of the road is not only dirty clothes, but also a risk to the baby’s health. Therefore, it is better to take a walk route through park areas, alleys, or take a walk in the forest, if possible. During the walk, you can tell your child about the birds whose singing is heard around them, about their habits of flying away and returning with the arrival of spring.

Read poems about spring:

Spring Spring is coming to us with quick steps, And the snowdrifts are melting under her feet. Black thawed patches are visible in the fields. You can see very warm feet in spring. (I. Tokmakova)

Spring guest Sweet songbird, dear swallow, Returned to our home from a foreign land. It curls under the window with a lively song: “I brought spring and the sun with me...” (K. Ldov)

While walking with your baby, tell him about spring: why the snow melts, where numerous streams come from, why the sun shines so brightly and why the sky is blue and not gray. Try to hear “spring” sounds with your child: the ringing of drops, the murmuring of streams, the singing of birds. Tell your child what smells spring brings: melted snow, birch buds, first snowdrops and others. Tell your child what happens in the spring, after the snow melts, migratory birds return from southern countries, buds swell on the trees, the first grass emerges from under the snow, snowdrops bloom. The plant world contains a lot of interesting things. Sometimes you really want to take a small bouquet with you, but you shouldn’t get too carried away - many spring flowers are listed in the Red Book, others can be poisonous. Some flowers don’t need to be picked, but removed by the root or bulb and replanted in a flower bed near the house, but to do this you need to arm yourself with a spatula and a container for carrying the plant. Show your child the willow, let him touch it, tell him that the willow is one of the first to bloom in the spring; bugs, flies, and butterflies flock to its smell. Let the baby pick a few branches and take them home, invite him to put the bouquet in a vase with water and watch how the branches change, how the first leaves appear on them.

Spring has not yet sewn golden lambs For the forests and fields, Only the willow has blossomed Curly lambs.

Golden lambs run along thin branches, cheerful, lively, like little children. (E. Blaginina)

Observing nature is a very interesting and educational activity. It forms in children knowledge about nature, teaches them to observe and contemplate, and develops an aesthetic principle. In the process of observation, children learn to distinguish shapes, sizes, colors, the nature of the surface and much more. When observing living beings (insects, birds, animals), children learn the nature of movement, sounds and various characteristics. During these observations, children develop qualities such as intelligence, observation, analytical abilities, the ability to compare and draw conclusions. For older children, a trip to the forest can become an educational game: learn the names of plants, insects and birds that live in a given area or keep a diary of observations, where to paste or sketch leaves on trees, their changes over time. You can choose “your” bush or tree and watch how it blooms and blooms. Active entertainment is no less important: jumping over puddles and streams, the opportunity to go for a run. Another great spring game is launching boats. It is interesting to children of all ages, with the only difference that at first parents will have to make floating toys. With time

The child will learn how to fold boats himself, and perhaps improve their design and materials.

The ship It's getting warmer. Fast streams ran everywhere. The birds whistled a song: “Whose are we? Whose are we? Whose-whose-whose...” I’ll make a boat out of a piece of paper, A stream will pick it up and spin it around the bridge. Only My little boat will bravely break out onto the wave And rush further to the sea, To an unknown country. (S. Semenova)

The yard can also be the place for a spring walk. Much of what a child is interested in in a forested area, he can find in his own yard: streams of melting snow, plants, insects. Walking near the house has an important advantage: if the child gets sweaty or wet, it is easy to fix. But to prevent this from happening, it is better to immediately dress the baby correctly. When going for a walk, dress your child according to the weather.

Spring usually occurs in two stages. The first is the wet season of snow melting. At this point, the main thing is to keep clothes and shoes as dry as possible. Shoes must be rubber or with rubberized inserts. It is important to remember that rubber boots do not warm your feet, so you need to wear warm socks under them, preferably two layers. The trousers are tucked into the boots - this way the baby will have less chance of getting his feet wet. It is better if the fabric of trousers and outerwear is water-repellent. To choose the right clothes, you need to take into account several parameters: the child’s degree of mobility, air temperature and humidity, time of day and if he moves a lot, he needs lighter outerwear - this way his movements will not be constrained and he is less likely to sweat. Spring weather is very changeable. This is often due to high air humidity, when any wind penetrates through. A child's outerwear must have good wind protection.

The spring sun can also be deceptive: as soon as it disappears, the temperature drops by 4-6 degrees. It is worth taking this into account when choosing the time for your walk. It is also important to remember that in a forested area it is usually colder than in the open air: the snow lies there much longer.

Mandatory attributes for a spring walk are a hat and gloves. While it’s humid outside, it’s better to take two or three pairs of gloves for your child in reserve. You can refuse these accessories only if the warm sunny weather lasts more than two weeks and the earth has finally warmed up. The second stage of spring is dry, but still cool weather. During this period, it is better to choose light outerwear and many layers underneath: a T-shirt, jumper, cardigan or sweatshirt. If you make a mistake and the child gets hot, you can always remove the extra layer. Children have difficulty monitoring their own body temperature. Therefore, it is sometimes worth asking your child how he feels, is it hot or cold? Spring is a time of new discoveries, games and fun. Photos taken with your baby will help you preserve your impressions of the walk. You can watch them at home and tell a fascinating story about the walk. Properly organized spring walks will only bring joy.
