Procedure: First a tale is told:

Guys, now you sit quietly and listen to me. I'll tell you a fairy tale about our Mishka.

One day little Bear was sitting by the window and looking at the stars. They winked at him, and that made him happy. Actually, it was already late, and it was time for Mishka to sleep. But he couldn’t sleep because of the heat and decided to look out the window.

The stars were shining brightly, but it was clear that they were very far away, and Mishka wanted to see them closer. “I wish I could fly like a bird!” - he thought. At that same moment the window opened, the wind rushed through the window, picked up Mishka and lifted him into the air. "I'm flying!" - thought Mishka and flew out the window.

It turned out to be not as hot outside as it was in the room, and flying was fun and amazing. And Mishka flew up to the stars. When he flew up to them, he saw that they were not only shining, but also smiling and chatting. Some stars spoke quickly, so that nothing could be understood. Others laughed at every word. And some stars sang songs to each other.

“How amazing it is here!” - thought Mishka. He flew from one star to another, and greeted each one politely. The stars smiled at him and continued their cheerful chatter. Mishka laughed too, listened to the songs, and then he got tired. His body became heavy, and he realized that he really wanted to sleep. He closed his eyes and fell asleep, and immediately found himself in his bed. Since then, every time he can't sleep, he goes to the window and flies to the stars.

Next, we invite the children to draw their own star. Children complete the task, then glue all the stars onto whatman paper.

— Guys, did you like the fairy tale? How? Let's now each draw his own star, the one he wants. It can be big or small, decorated with something, with eyes, or with a smile. She should look like you (do).

And now each of you, in turn, will come up to our starry sky and glue your star there.

Now look at our starry sky. Each of you is a star, but all together is a constellation, one whole, you are a group. If you suddenly feel sad and lonely, you will remember this sky. It consists of many stars - people who surround you and are ready to help you.

Reflection:

Guys, was it difficult to do the exercises today? What did you like? Why? What do you remember?

Today is the last lesson. Maybe someone wants to say something? Did you like it or not? What did you learn and what new things did you learn?

Ritual of farewell

Game trainings for preschool children

"Impromptu" (Speech)

Almost everyone in childhood played the most simplified version of this game: three words are given (for example, lemonade, giraffe, laziness), and you need to come up with a coherent sentence with them (for example, “the giraffe is too lazy to drink water, so he drinks lemonade”). This is just one of the scenarios according to which the Impromptu tournament could develop. In addition to writing stories using random cards, you can exchange questions and answers or conduct intellectual debates using your cards as arguments. Simple rules of the game allow even a six-year-old child to win. It is enough to earn the loudest applause from the audience by using all your oratory and acting skills, intelligence and imagination.

1. Exercise “Ball” (7-10 min)

Purpose: Warm-up, inclusion of all participants in the work. Increasing the tone of the group.

Materials: balloon.

Instructions

: All participants stand in a circle.
Psychologist:
Today you and I will play with balloons. I propose to start with this balloon - the presenter is holding one balloon in his hands. – Now we will pass it around in a circle, but under one condition: you can do this using only your elbows at first (squeezing the ball with your elbows), you cannot help with your hands. So, let's start:

The second round, the ball is passed only with the legs (squeezing the ball with the knees), the third round: the ball is passed with the help of the head (the ball is pressed with the head to the shoulder).

8. Exercise “Galoshes of Happiness”

Target:

development of positive thinking of teachers. Objectives: development of self-knowledge skills, formation of skills of positive perception of the world, development of a positive self-concept, development of emotional self-regulation skills.

Materials and equipment:

“galoshes of happiness” (ordinary rubber galoshes, preferably large in size with a cheerful design), cards with situations.

Instructions

. I want to invite you to play a game called “Galoshes of Happiness.” Andersen has a fairy tale with the same name. In this fairy tale, the fairy was given galoshes of happiness for her birthday, which she decided to give to people to make them happier. The person who put on these galoshes became the happiest person. The galoshes fulfilled all his wishes; he could be transported to any time or era. So, I suggest you put on these galoshes and become a happy person. I will also read out various situations to you, and your task is to put on these galoshes and find positive aspects in the situation presented to you. In other words, look at the situation through the eyes of a happy, optimistic person.

Expected result: the participants of the game, wearing “galoshes of happiness”, respond to the proposed situation in a positive way. For those who find it difficult to give a positive answer, the other participants in the game help by offering their options.
